- The buyer must make sure of the item’s details like size, dimensions and colors as provided in the product information. After finalizing the order/s, please advise us through FB pm, SMS or Viber so we can provide you our payment info.
- Pay full amount through: BDO bank deposit, Western Union, LBC Pera Padala, Cebuana or M Lhuillier, Palawan Pawnshhop or Paypal (with 3.4% trasaction fee + Php15.)

RESERVATION OF ORDER/S
As stocks level changes every minute, there may have potentially 5% of goods waiting for re-stock or just out-stock every hour. Reservation of product is only good for 2 days only.

No Rush or same day delivery will be entertained. Packages are shipped via JRS, Philfox, or Philpost and generally dispatched same day (2pm cut off) after receipt of payment.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect the objects.

Generally speaking, you are responsible for a small customs duty when receiving your delivery from the courier. We always do our best to minimize these taxes for you. We automatically underdeclare whenever possible, to assist with customs. Usually, we declare as low as 15-30% of the actual value.

If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), just tell us what you need by putting instructions (regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc.) We are more than happy to follow your instructions.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
"By law, while consumers have the right to choose and make a canvass of the prices, once a sale is done and the product has no defect or delivered as specified in your order, you can neither return it nor ask for a refund. If the defect on the product is caused by the courier who delivered the parcel, the warranty is automatically void. The buyer can no longer demand for exchange or refund. Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable."
The items before shipment are thoroughly checked but in case the parcel needs to be replaced, you must contact us within 24 hours upon receiving the item/s from us. We will only replace the item if the item is in good condition, unused and must be in its original packaging so please double check the description of the item before proceeding to order. Request for replacement after 24 hours will not be entertained.
If the item is good for replacement, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fees. In most cases, the buyer will only have to return the problem components rather than the entire package. The buyer will also have to provide us the tracking information after getting our return address. As soon as we received the items, we will change the item.
Wrong order or used items will not be replaced. The policy is also not an excuse for the consumer to return goods because of “Change of Mind”.
